It's time once again to start thinking about the up coming 2007 Pop Warner Football/Cheer Season. Here are some Important Registration date's that are just around the corner.

Parents you can now register your children at the field during evening practices.Cheer Registration is $ 105.00, Football Registration is $ 75.00, plus a parent volunteer deposit of $ 30.00 per family.

You must have the following Documentation ready when you turn in your child's application.

1. Most recent report card

2. Medical Insurance card

3. County Birth Certificate

4. Completed Application

5. Completed Physical Exam

6. Registration Fee:

Cheer $ 105.00, plus $ 30.00 parent volunteer deposit.

Football $ 75.00, plus $ 30.00 parent volunteer deposit.
